About Holly Noel
Everything here was created for the woman I used to be.
The one carrying a wound she doesn't fully understand. The one who gives everything to everyone and forgets to give anything to herself. The one who has been through the fire and is standing in the ashes wondering what comes next.
If that's you, you're in the right place. Let me tell you how I know.
My story doesn't start with a toxic relationship or a camper van or a business built from nothing. It starts at 9 months old. The day the woman who gave birth to me gave me up for adoption.
I didn't understand it then. I wouldn't understand it for decades. But that moment planted a seed of abandonment inside me that quietly shaped everything - my relationships, my self worth, my endless search for love from people who were never capable of giving it.
What I didn't know then was that the family who adopted me would give me the most extraordinary foundation a girl could ask for.
My father was an LAPD officer. A protector. A man who showed up every single day for his community, for his family, for me. He was one of the greatest men I have ever known. I lost him in 2014, and lost my step brother shortly after. But my older brother - my anchor, my constant, the person who has shown up for me through everything - has never left my side.
Grief has a way of cracking you open. And in that cracking, if you're brave enough to look, you find out who you really are.
I have always been a healer.
Not because of a certificate. Not because of a degree, though I studied Psychology with a dream of becoming a therapist.
Because people have always come to me when they needed someone to talk to. Someone to trust. Someone who would listen without judgment and love without conditions.
I am fiercely loyal. Deeply passionate. The friend people call at 2am. The woman who has always given more than she probably should.
And for a long time, I gave all of that to the wrong people.
Then came the years that nearly took me out.
Beginning in 2013 I found myself in the most dangerous relationship of my life. A man who abused me emotionally, physically and sexually. He used every vulnerability I had - including that 9-month-old abandonment wound - against me.
I survived things during those years that I will not fully describe here. Not because I am ashamed. I am not.
But because my story is not defined by what was done to me. It is defined by what I did next.
I rose. Not gracefully. Not all at once. But I rose.
I packed my bags. I found safety. I rebuilt from nothing.
Shortly after my mom gained her angel wings I bought a camper van, hit the open road, and somewhere between the highways and the silence and the sunsets I finally asked myself the question I had been too afraid to ask for over 50 years.
Who is Holly? What does she want? What was she put here to do?
The answer came back the same way it always had.
She was put here to help people heal.
So that is what I am doing.
What that looks like now
Soul Love Lifestyle is the work. It's where I take everything those years taught me and put it into something a woman can actually hold in her hands at 6am when she doesn't know where to start.
Guides. Journals. Planners. Coaching. Built for real mornings and real life, by someone who needed them first.
I'm also a trained 10X Business Coach and a certified Soul Memory Discovery Practitioner - because healing and building are the same work, and I wanted to be able to walk women through both.
Outside of all of it: I'm a single mom of three boys - two biological, one I fostered at 15. I have a handful of best friends I consider family, the people who showed up when everything fell apart. I love animals deeply, I travel with my pets, and one day I'll have property where I can rescue cats.
I am loyal to my core. Passionate beyond measure. And I believe with everything I have that every woman has a Phoenix inside her waiting to rise.
Here's what I know for sure.
You find yourself. You love yourself. You build something real. And you rise - forever.
I'll be right here with you. Every single step.
If you don't know where to start, start here. Thirty days, five minutes a morning. That's the whole ask.
