All digital product sales are final.

Due to the instant-access, downloadable nature of our digital products (The Phoenix Within, From Stuck to Started, Unstoppable Phoenix Daily Planner, and all bundle offerings), we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been delivered or accessed.

By completing your purchase you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read the full product description before purchasing

• Digital products cannot be "returned" as access cannot be revoked

• No refunds will be issued for change of mind, partial use, or failure to read product details prior to purchase

Exception: If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchase, contact us within 7 days at CoachHolly@hollynoelcoaching.com and we will resolve it promptly.

COACHING SERVICES

Holly Noel Unstoppable Coaching

The following terms apply to all one-on-one coaching, including the free consultation, the Phoenix Clarity Session, and The Rise 4-session package.

What Coaching Is - and Isn't

Coaching is a forward-focused partnership. We work on clarity, mindset, goals, boundaries, and the practical steps toward the life you want to build.

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, or mental health treatment. I am not a licensed therapist, psychologist, physician, or medical provider, and nothing in our sessions is a substitute for professional medical or mental health care, diagnosis, or treatment.

If something comes up in our work that would be better served by a licensed professional, I will tell you directly and encourage you to seek that support. You are always free to work with a therapist alongside coaching, and many clients do.

If you are in crisis or experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact emergency services or a crisis line rather than waiting for a scheduled session.

No Guarantee of Results

Coaching works, but it works because of what you do with it. I bring honesty, structure, and experience. You bring the willingness. Because outcomes depend on your own choices, effort, and circumstances, I can't and don't guarantee any specific result — financial, personal, professional, or otherwise.

Booking, Rescheduling, and Cancellations

-All sessions are scheduled through Calendly and held over Google Meet. No app or download is required - you join from the link in your confirmation email.

- Rescheduling: You may reschedule any session with at least [24 hours] notice, at no cost, using the link in your confirmation email.

- Late cancellations: Cancellations with less than [24 hours] notice are considered a used session.

- No-shows: If you don't attend a scheduled session and haven't given notice, that session is considered used.

- Grace period: If you're running late, join when you can — I'll hold the full time slot. Sessions end at their scheduled time so I can be present for the client after you.

- If I need to reschedule: Life happens on my end too. If I have to move a session, you'll get as much notice as I can give, and that session is never counted as used.

I keep these terms because my calendar is limited and a held slot is a slot another woman couldn't book. That said, I'm a human being — if something serious happens, reach out and we'll figure it out.

Package Sessions and Expiration

The Rise package includes four (4) 60-minute one-on-one sessions.

- Sessions are booked at your pace using the private booking link provided after purchase.

- All four sessions must be booked and completed within [6 months] of purchase. Unused sessions after that date expire and are not refundable or transferable.

- Your booking link is for your personal use only and is not transferable to another person.

Refunds

Free consultation: No charge, nothing to refund.

Phoenix Clarity Session ($97): Refundable in full if you cancel more than [24 hours] before your scheduled session. Once the session has taken place, the fee is non-refundable.

The Rise package ($297 founding rate / $497 standard):

- Refundable in full before your first session takes place.

- After your first session, the package is non-refundable, as the work has begun and your spot on my calendar has been reserved.

- If you decide during our work that coaching isn't right for you, tell me. I would rather have an honest conversation than have you sit on sessions you don't want.

Digital products are covered separately under our [Refund Policy] and are non-refundable once delivered.

Confidentiality

What you share with me stays with me. I don't share your name, your story, or the contents of our sessions with anyone.

If I ever want to reference something from our work publicly — in a post, a talk, or a piece of content — I will ask your permission first, every time, and "no" is a complete answer that changes nothing about how I work with you.

The exceptions are the ones the law requires of anyone: situations involving imminent risk of serious harm to you or another person, or where I'm legally compelled to disclose.

Recordings

Sessions are not recorded unless we both agree to it in advance. You may not record a session without my prior consent, and I won't record without yours.

Your Responsibility

You are an adult making your own decisions. You are responsible for the choices you make and the actions you take during and after our work together. Coaching is support and perspective — the decisions remain yours.

Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in [USD]. Package pricing is honored at the rate in effect at the time of purchase.

Changes to These Terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you book is the version that applies to your sessions.
